I gotta tell ya, I absolutely love my job. For this wedding I was on the beautiful island of Hawaii! Wait, it gets better. A lot better. During the reception they had a prime rib and crab leg buffet. Ohhhh yeahhh. I think that’s what heaven is like, prime rib and crab leg in Hawaii.
If any one is familiar with Honolulu, you might’ve heard of the Hale Koa hotel which sits right on the beach west of Waikiki beach. It’s reserved for only people in the military or their kin. I’m not sure where Mylinh and Alfred are connected exactly, but it matters not to me. This hotel was exotic, beautiful, and needless to say Erich-approved. The wedding itself was casual, intimate, and also Erich-approved.
In the photos below I started it off with Alfred getting ready, and you’ll see that he got a nifty gift from Mylinh: a Canon SD 1400 IS ! It’s the same camera that I have now and am in love with. Alfred didn’t look too excited at first with it. When I asked him why he wasn’t excited, he said he said he doesn’t take photos much. Then he followed up with a question asking if the camera could take adequate photos of documents XP . Oh gosh. Alfred does a lot of work in the world of academia which requires document scanning so thats why he would ask that question.
Moving on to Mylinh’s getting ready photos, I’m pretty excited about my detail photos. There’s another one that I’m pretty proud of but I didn’t put in because it’s a little bit more risque. And check out some of the candid ones I got of Mylinh having her deoderant applied by her maid of honor Rhonda!
