Sheila’s a fashion designer, Joel’s a a surfer. Sheila’s a mom, Joel’s a dad. Sheila’s now a wife, Joel’s now a husband. And their wedding was so beautiful!
It was my first time photographing at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and it was amazing. It offered such an amazing spot for both ceremony and reception. Plus there’s this really nice fountain that you could walk through (if you’re bold enough) and because of it we were able to get some amazing shots. The bridesmaids were troopers for letting me photograph them in front of the cold fountain for so long, but the end results were so worth it Sheila and the bridesmaids are the epitome of a DIY bridal party. They made all the bouquets, centerpieces, floral decorations, and garters themselves, and it turned out incredibly well! I was very, very impressed with their talent.
And Joel, Joel laughs pretty much at anything and all the time. Joel-like people are so easy to photograph, thank you so much for your big smiles and laughter. Congratulations to the two of you!

architecture shots reminded me of some location in Washington DC. Great Captures. I second what Tami said above.
You know when you are watching TV or reading a book and you catch yourself smiling- when you didn’t even know you were smiling? Yeah, that’s what happens when I look at your photographs.
