*Drum-roll* ….. Ta-Da! I am super proud to present to you the rest of the Celebrity Pink Jeans Campaign Photos that I photographed recently!

The second to last photo in this blog shows some of the vertical banners that were used for marketing/advertising. As I had said in the last post there’s going to be more! Word has it that they will be published in popular fashion magazines such as Seventeen and Teen Vogue. BUT what I’m even more excited about is billboards! Their last campaign was printed in Times Square, and I promise I will fly to New York just so I can get a picture with the billboard. And their last bill board was not a dinky one, it was a pretty substantial size. Also during the last campaign they had one on Hollywood/Highland so if they have it there that should be pretty easy for me to go to (but really, I just want to go back to New York!)

Again, thank you to everyone who helped put this together! It was so fun working with every single one of you, and I think it definitely shows in our work!

Hello world, I have yet another exciting piece of news to share with you all! This one’s big.

I had the privilege and honor to photograph the 2011 campaign for Celebrity Pink Jeans. I posted up a couple of photos that are out right now, but trust when I say there are A LOT more of where this came from. Expect to see some of these in magazines (teen vogue, seventeen to name a few) and billboards, etc. etc. I’m very very excited about this project and I would like to thank everyone who helped me out in this shoot including; Andy Sun, Lauren Johnson, Sadie May (who flew out from Alabama), Lyndzi Trang, Hazel Miga, Ian Corrigan, Melissa Lau, Allen Han, Joseph Vig, Andrea Whitten, Amanda, Paula, Debbie, and my baby Pearl (my new car). I will post more photos when they’re done and when they’re published!!!

I love my job! icon smile Celebrity Pink Jeans Campaign for 2011!

I forgot to mention in my previous post that this is my first wedding where I had to work in the rain. It was interesting because nobody else seemed to mind the rain except for maybe me. That’s probably because everyone was from New York. I’m from Los Angeles, and rain doesn’t come around very often.

I was talking to a guy from the Midwest at a wedding I shot recently, and I asked him what the biggest difference between California and the Midwest is. He replied, “When it rains in California, nobody knows how to drive.” I agree. Californians aren’t used to rain. It’s almost alien to us. “Water falling from the sky? What is this?! What does this mean?!”

Yet another first for me at this wedding was this was the first time photographing a 500 person reception! That officially marks the largest reception I’ve ever photographed in my career. I think in a normal situation photographing a 500 person reception plus the bridal party in the rain can be a pretty stressful ordeal, but Allison and Hok, the bridal party, and the other two photo/video guys were soooo easy to work with and a lot of fun. I love them all.

And if I had to guess, I think New Yorkers know how to party hard. Take a look at these reception photos.
