I had the wonderful opportunity to second shoot for my good friend Nathan Nowack at Kim and James’s Wedding in San Diego. Thank you Nathan, you are the baddest double r-strap wielding wedding photographer that I know.
This beautiful ceremony took place in an intimate garden ceremony with the Marina off to the side, which I thought was the coolest thing ever. Beautiful sunshine and cool weather made shooting this wedding a breeze
What I love about this wedding the most were the personalities and emotions. I know when a couple is a genuinely awesome couple when I find myself about to cry during the toasts. Yeah, I’m emotional, so what? There were also super cute kids that are at this wedding, I spent some time following them around like a stalker. It was good exercise, and they were super photogenic.
What was kind of interesting is the groom James is from Hawaii, so I think this San Diego wedding is considered a destination wedding for him. Speaking of Hawaii, I’m leaving next week to Hawaii!!! If you want to see where else I will be this year click here.
