This past weekend I photographed my  friend Jaime, an old coworker from UCR.  It’s always good to see old friends I always say, and it was the first time that I got to meet her fiancee Rich!  So they’re both teachers which is really cool, because anyone who is a teacher I automatically think is really cool  partly because I teach as well (even though I’m not officially a teacher.)  And he is a very cool dude, and it turns out that they’re  a very silly couple.   I will show the silly shots after this post, but for now, I wanted to put up the romantic ones.

April 22, 2009 We will face death.

untitled 11 We will face death.

I just hope I don’t end up on failblog.org. Week 3 of training is now in session and going well. I’m hungry all the time, because my metabolism increased ten fold. But the hot weather decreases my appetite so I’m stuck in this weird mood all the time.

Oh, and if doing a triathlon isn’t crazy enough, I’m doing it the day after I shoot Bryan and Stacy’s wedding on the 13th.

April 21, 2009 How I edit photos…

I like to watch action flicks when I edit photos. Editing takes hours (sometimes) so a nice action-packed, fun-filled, action flick makes the day more enjoyable.

But when I put albums together, I like to watch sappy love movies. It helps icon smile How I edit photos...

First off, last night we had our workshop and by ‘our’ I mean a collaboration between me and Tikko Studios.  Just like the flier said, it was the second workshop out of three that we’re having and I would say that the second went as smoothly as the first if not smoother.  Our attendance jumped up a lot as well, close to two-fold, with about an approximately 40 people there.  I will post photos as soon as I get them or when other people start posting them on facebook.

Recently I’ve been working on a few design projects, one of which is for a high school in LA.  One of the fliers I designed is for a talent show that they’re having and the other is for the afterschool program they arehaving there. I’d like to thank Adriana for these opportunities to design for them!
